I am proud and honoured to be selected by the Australian Citizens Party to serve my State and Country as their lead Senate Candidate for Tasmania in the 2025 Federal Election.

I am a 56-year-old father of two fantastic people Benjamin and Bianca and grandfather to Cleo. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Shannon, since 2018.

I was born in Box Hill, Victoria in 1968 and was educated in Perth, Brisbane and Hobart. My Australian heritage began in Westbury, Tasmania with one of the first founding families arriving from Suffolk U.K. in 1856. I have a strong connection to Tasmania; I love this place, having lived and worked on the North-West Coast, Hobart and Launceston since arriving from NSW in the early 1990’s. I have years of broad-ranging experience working in Allied Health, Entertainment, Commercial Fishing, Thermal Dynamics, Transport, Retail, Telecommunications and Domestic/Commercial Services.

Since a teenager, during the Cold-War, I have witnessed Australia’s wealth and prosperity be whittled away by neo-liberal, globalist policies. Our once world leading manufacturing sector has been decimated to the point that now, all we have is a housing bubble. We’ve become a quarry for developing nations, shipping our rich resources offshore, often 40 per cent dirt, in diesel powered ships, which return empty. We’ve become not much more than a quarry for developing nations to enjoy the fruits of our labour and resources.  Now we are staring into the furnace of a hot war with China, our biggest trading partner, all trumped up by our blood-thirsty, war-mongering and very dangerous allies. This is NOT in our national interest.

I have found my life’s work, since joining the Citizens Party in 2018, which is, to serve my fellow Australians. The Australian Citizens Party represents a fairer financial system for all Australians. Return government to the people! One does not have to look too far back into our history to find a time when we employed policies which were successful. Return to National Banking; return to a Gold Standard; see to it that corporations pay their correct fair share of taxes rather than shipping profits offshore to tax havens. I want to see Australia regain its world leading manufacturing sector, building the real economy, with urgently required massive national infrastructure projects.
